Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s), if applicable.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
